Non-Wedding Events
When you book with Lavender Waves Farm, you are booking the venue space — we do not have on-site catering. Our guests hire their own caterers, mobile bars, florists, and vendors to make the day entirely their own. Setup and breakdown time is included within your rental hours.

A dedicated hour-plus on the farm with our staff — the lavender fields, the animals, and the story of the farm.

Corporate Events & Offsites
Some of the best workdays don't happen in a conference room. Book the farm exclusively for your team — the grounds, the gazebo, and the 40×60 event tent are yours, with 14 acres of lavender field as the backdrop instead of a whiteboard.
Quarterly planning, leadership days, and working sessions that need room to breathe. Settle in under the tent or out in the field, and let the setting do what fluorescent lights can't.
Your team's own retreat, run your way — rent the farm for the day and bring your own program, facilitators, and food. A field, a tent, and wide-open sky to think in.
Summer parties, holiday gatherings, and employee appreciation days. Add the animal experiences — camels or alpacas and llamas out with their handler — and it's a company day nobody forgets.
How corporate days book: the same event packages as every gathering here — four-hour rentals by guest count (see the pricing guide above), with additional hours at $500 per hour within event hours, 9 AM – 9 PM, so building a full day is easy. Like all our events, the rental is venue-only: bring your own catering and vendors, and make the day your own. On-site parking is included.
Public Days at the Farm
The farm is not open to the public on a regular schedule — we open for a handful of seasonal open days each year (peak-bloom weekends) and our Fall Festival each October. Watch this space and our social pages for dates.
